Prior to Harness, co-founders John and Chung, started Rokkan, one of the most successful digital creative agencies, which was acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2012, one of the world’s largest advertising holding companies. Together, John and Chung grew Rokkan to nearly $50M ARR through twenty consecutive years of growth with nearly 200 employees.   • John Noe

    John Noe is a serial entrepreneur and investor. He started his career as the Co-Founder and CEO of Rokkan, a creative agency acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2012, which was recognized by Advertising Age’s A-List Awards four times and was ranked by Forbes as one of the 14 most innovative digital agencies in 2014. Over the course of his 20-year career running the agency as its CEO, the agency’s client roster included Virgin America, JetBlue, the NBA, Nike, Time Warner, REI, Burberry, Coca Cola, and was also named the Global Creative Agency of Record for Cadillac. John is actively involved in several start-ups as investor, advisor, and mentor, one of which is Yobo Drinks, which he helped grow from 500 cases annually to 20,000 in just two years.

    John holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University and resides in Short Hills, New Jersey, with his wife and three children, Oliver, Emerson, and Archer.

  • Chung Ng

    Chung Ng was co-founder, CXO, and COO of Rokkan, a leading creative agency acquired by Publicis Groupe. As Chief Experience Officer, Chung led the experience design and strategy for brands like Virgin America, American Express, Wyndham, One & Only Resorts, and Caesar’s Entertainment Group. As COO, Chung led operations and finance for the agency both as a small business owner and as COO/CFO of a publicly traded holding company business unit. Chung is also an avid web3 enthusiast both as a collector of digital art but via his own multi-million dollar NFT fund, and a real estate investor and developer having developed several multi-unit apartment buildings all over New York. Additionally, Chung is an avid angel investor with numerous investments and exits under his belt.

    Chung graduated from Pace University with a BBA in Marketing and resides in New York City with his wife and two children, Noemi and Noah.
